Nutritional Advice I gave Myself a Few Years Ago

Nutritional goals for 2016:
1) Whilst you may not have any intention of being a fitness model, they eat 1000 calories a day. Whilst reducing your intake of calories per day is crazy, reducing your intake of calories per meal to less than 1000 might be a good idea.

2) Homer may have invented a meal between breakfast and brunch but leave the fictional meals to the fictional characters.

3) Stop eating fucking pop tarts. Sugar coated pastry with sugar coated fake fruit in the middle is not an acceptable breakfast.

4) Pound land sell a lot of things for the low low price of £1. This does not mean you need to buy these things and eat them in one sitting. Two packs of Maryland cookies would be great if you were the 80s Cookie Monster, but the modern day one has put that cookie down for carrots. Try following suit.

5) When eating muesli, low fat Greek yogurt is a fine substitute for semi skimmed milk. Custard is not.
